阳性强化法提高儿童静脉输液穿刺效果及依从性评价

摘　　要：探讨了阳性强化法提高儿童静脉输液穿刺及依从性的效果。选取2020年8月—2022年3月四川友谊医院收治的86例接受静脉输液的患儿作为研究对象,按照奇偶数字表法将其进行分组,每组43例,对照组接受常规护理,试验组接受阳性强化法护理。观察疼痛面容持续时间、心率、穿刺耗时、穿刺耗时>5min率、一次穿刺成功率、啼哭时间大于30s率、患儿依从率、家长满意度等各项指标。结果显示试验组的疼痛面容持续时间、穿刺耗时明显较短,心率、穿刺耗时大于5min率、啼哭时间大于30s率明显较低,一次穿刺成功率、患儿依从率,两组比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。研究发现,阳性强化法可显著提升儿童静脉输液穿刺及依从性,具有良好的效果。To explore the effect of positive reinforcement method on improving puncture and compliance of intravenous infusion in children.86 children who received intravenous infusion in Sichuan Friendship Hospital from August 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research object,and were divided into groups according to the odd and even number table method.There were 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,and the test group received positive intensive care.Observe the duration of painful face,heart rate,puncture time,puncture time>5min rate,one-time puncture success rate,crying time>30s rate,compliance rate of children,parental satisfaction and other indicators.The duration of painful face and puncture time in the test group were significantly shorter,the rate of heart rate,puncture time>5min,and crying time>30s were significantly lower,and the success rate of one puncture and compliance rate of children in the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).The positive reinforcement method can significantly improve the puncture and compliance of intravenous infusion in children,with good results.
