摘　　要：探讨了急救病人跌倒的危险因素以及跌倒原因,并制定有效的防范措施以减少病人跌倒事件发生率。在查阅国内相关文献的基础上,结合某石屏县中医医院跌倒患者现状,回顾性分析2018—2019年急诊科9例跌倒患者的临床资料。发现治疗患者跌倒的危险因素包括年龄、疾病、环境、药物、护理人员、对患者跌倒的认识不足、管理、陪护、不可预测等因素。风险防范是一项长期细致的工作,预防跌倒是护理工作中的重要环节。加强护士和患者的安全意识,提高护士观察、分析和解决问题的能力,是防止患者跌倒坠床的关键。This paper discusses the risk factors and causes of falls of emergency patients,analyzes the targeted preventive measures,and formulates reasonable and effective preventive measures to reduce the incidence of falls.On the basis of reviewing relevant domestic literature,combined with the current situation of fall patients in a hospital,we retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 9 fall patients in the emergency department from 2018 to 2019.It was found that the risk factors of patients’falls included age,disease,environment,drugs,nursing staff,insufficient understanding of patients’falls,management,nursing,unpredictable and other factors.Risk prevention is a long-term and meticulous work,and fall prevention is an important part of nursing work.Strengthening the safety awareness of nurses and patients,and improving nurses’ability to observe,analyze and solve problems are the key to prevent patients from falling offthe bed.
