摘　　要：探讨了P53、P63蛋白的表达与腮腺恶性肿瘤的相关性。选取60例腮腺恶性肿瘤患者为研究对象,通过免疫组化S-P法对其P53、P63蛋白表达进行检查,分析P53、P63蛋白表达与患者临床资料的相关性。研究发现,腮腺恶性肿瘤患者癌灶内的P53与P63蛋白呈现出明显高表达状态,P53蛋白表达与患者病变严重程度之间有明显的相关性。在疾病发展中,两种蛋白可能起到促进作用。通过对两种蛋白表达进行检测,可为腮腺恶性肿瘤的诊断提供参考。The relationship between P53,P63 protein expression and parotid malignant tumor was discussed.Sixty patients with parotid malignant tumor were selected as the study object,and their P53 and P63 protein expressions were examined by immunohistochemical S-P method.The correlation between P53 and P63 protein expressions and clinical data was analyzed.The study found that P53 and P63 proteins in the cancer focus of patients with parotid malignant tumor showed a significantly high expression state,and there was a significant correlation between the expression of P53 protein and the severity of the disease.In the development of the disease,the two proteins may play a role in promoting the development of the disease.The detection of the expression of the two proteins can provide a reference for the diagnosis of parotid malignant tumor.
