摘　　要：分析了血清幽门螺杆菌(Hp)抗体分型检测与胃黏膜病变的相关性。选取南通大学附属如皋医院于2021年1月—2022年1月期间行胃镜与病理检查的200例患者为观察对象,结合检查结果将其分为慢性萎缩性胃炎、非萎缩性胃炎、胃癌三组,观察不同组别患者血清Hp抗体分型情况。胃癌患者的Hp感染阳性率高于其他两组,慢性萎缩性胃炎患者Hp感染阳性率高于慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者(P<0.05)。慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者的Hp分型以低毒力菌株感染为主;胃癌患者的Hp分型以高毒力菌株感染为主。虽然慢性萎缩性胃炎患者中低毒力菌株感染概率较高,但未呈现与Hp分型显著相关(P>0.05)。研究发现,在胃黏膜病变中,慢性非萎缩胃炎、胃癌与Hp分型存在相关性,前者多见低毒力菌株感染,后者多见高毒力菌株感染,进行Hp抗体分型检测有助于治疗临床治疗。The relationship between serum Hp antibody typing and gastric mucosal lesions was analyzed.200 patients who underwent gastroscopy and pathological examination in Rugao Hospital Affiliated to Nantong University from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the observation objects.Combined with the examination results,they were divided into three groups:chronic atrophic gastritis,non atrophic gastritis and gastric cancer.The serum Hp antibody typing of patients in different groups was observed.The positive rate of Hp infection in patients with gastric cancer was higher than that in the other two groups,and the positive rate of Hp infection in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis was higher than that in patients with chronic non atrophic gastritis(P<0.05).The Hp typing of chronic non atrophic gastritis patients was mainly caused by low virulence strains;Hp typing of gastric cancer patients was mainly caused by highly virulent strains.Although the infection probability of low virulent strains in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis was higher,there was no significant correlation with Hp typing(P>0.05).It can be seen that chronic non atrophic gastritis and gastric cancer are associated with Hp typing in gastric mucosal lesions.The former is mainly infected by low virulent strains,while the latter is mainly infected by high virulent strains.Hp antibody typing is helpful for clinical treatment.
