船山公正思想天道依据的三层逻辑解析

摘  要:王船山在其伦理道德观上建构了公正思想,其理论依据来源于天、地、人三道。船山公正思想的天道公正依据促成了其公正思想的建构,这种建构主要从乾道公正、天理公正和天地公正三个方面展开。天道在公正上体现为大的公正、理的公正和善的公正三个层次,大的公正是“原”的层次,理的公正是“通”的层次,善的公正是“善”的层次,三个层次分别对应元、亨、利三个方面。王船山依据乾道大公至正、天理大道公正和天地大善至正建构人道公正道德思想,即公正思想。Wang Chuanshan constructed the idea of justice in his ethics and morality,and its theoretical basis comes from the three ways of heaven,earth and man.The justice basis of Chuanshan’s justice thought contributed to the construction of his justice thought,which was mainly carried out from three aspects:the justice of the main way,the justice of the heaven and the justice of the earth.The justice of heaven is embodied in three levels:great justice,rational justice and good justice.The great justice is the"original"level,the rational justice is the"universal"level,and the good justice is the"good"level.The three levels correspond to the three aspects of yuan,heng and li respectively.Wang Chuanshan still constructs the moral thought of humanity and justice,that is,the thought of justice,based on the principles of justice,fair,and goodness.
