摘　　要：高校学生生活园区是大学生思想、情感和价值观念交流的一个主要场所,也是高校各管理部门协同育人的一个重要物理空间载体。通过“四进”学生生活园区一站式“微”教育、管理和服务,把领导队伍、思政队伍、管理队伍和服务队伍等学校主体力量,下沉到学生生活的物理空间中去,让党团组织进园区、思政教育进园区、心理健康教育进园区、后勤生活服务进园区,打造体现思政教育规律、紧贴育人实际需求、充满生机活力的高校学生生活园区一站式“微育人”体系,使高校学生生活园区成为学生党建前沿阵地、协同育人实践领地、平安校园样板高地。The student life park in colleges and universities is a major place for college students to exchange ideas,emotions and values,and it is also an important physical space carrier for the collaborative education of various management departments in colleges and universities.Through the one-stop“micro”education,management and service in the“four-in”student life park,the main forces of the school,such as the leadership team,ideological and political team,management team and service team,are sunk into the physical space of student life,allowing Party organizations enter the park,ideological and political education enters the park,mental health education enters the park,and logistical life services enter the park to create a one-stop“micro-education”system that reflects the laws of ideological and political education,closely meets the actual needs of educating people,and is full of vitality,making the college student life park a frontier position for student party building,a practice area for collaborative education,and a model highland for a safe campus.
