再生润滑油在特种重型车辆实车试验中的应用研究

摘　　要：为验证再生润滑油的使用性能,本文以分类分离再生的润滑油为研究对象,开展了新油、再生油的特种重型车辆实车试验,系统对比了新油与再生油使用过程中运动粘度、正戊烷不溶物含量、泡沫倾向性、极压抗磨性、闪点、铜片腐蚀、水分、酸值、凝点等理化指标的变化情况。结果表明,在规定的试车周期内,未发生与润滑油相关的故障,再生润滑油各项性能指标稳定,油品性能良好,能够满足重型车辆的使用要求。In order to verify the service performance of the recycled lubricating oil,taking the separated and recycled lubricating oil as the research object,the field test of new oil and recycled oil for special heavy-duty vehicles is carried out,and the changes of physical and chemical indexes such as kinematic viscosity,n-pentane insoluble content,foam tendency,extreme pressure wear resistance,flash point,copper corrosion,moisture,acid value,and freezing point are systematically compared during the use of new oil and recycled oil in this paper.The results show that there are no lubricating oil related faults within the specified test run period,the performance indexes of recycled lubricating oil are stable,and the oil performance is good,which can meet the requirements of heavy-duty vehicles.
