摘　　要：高等教育在我国教育事业中占有举足轻重的地位,高等教育质量研究已成为教育界的研究热点。就目前情况来看,我国各高校在高等教育质量评价指标体系建设过程中仍存在诸多问题亟须解决,且缺少一个科学的教育理念作为指导。基于此,本文以教育服务理念作为理论指导,以某地区高等教育现状作为研究对象,从评价体系建立、指标选取、评价方法等多方面分析了现阶段高等教育质量评价指标体系构建存在的问题,阐述了在教育服务理念指导下构建高等教育质量评价指标的原则,最终提出了基于教育服务的理念构建高等教育质量评价体系的具体方法,以期为高等教育质量评价体系构建提供参考。At present,higher education plays a pivotal role in our education enterprise,and higher education quality research has become a hot topic in the education field.In view of the current situation,there are still many problems in the construction process of the higher education evaluation index system,and the lack of a scientific educational concept as guidance.Based on this,this article using education service concept as the theoretical guidance,the status quo of higher education in a certain area as the main basis,from establishing evaluation system,index selection,evaluation method and so on many aspects,analyzes the current problems existing in the higher education quality evaluation index system building.This paper expounds the education service concept under the guidance of the principle of higher education quality evaluation.Finally,the paper puts forward the concrete method of constructing the higher education quality evaluation system based on the idea of educational service.It is hoped that this study can provide a reference for the construction of higher education quality evaluation systems in various regions.
