摘　　要：研究生的培养过程管理作为我国现代高等教育中的重要组成部分显得尤为重要,更是研究生教育质量的核心。本文主要以管理学相关理论和研究生的教育现状为研究的切入点,基于全日制专业学位硕士研究生培养过程管理的各个环节,从课程设置、双导师制度、课外实践、毕业论文等角度,分析影响其培养过程质量提升的因素,并在此基础上提出相应的改进与完善措施,从而达到全日制专业硕士研究生培养质量提升的目的。As an important part of China's modern higher education,the management of postgraduate cultivation process is particularly important and is at the core of the quality of postgraduate education.This paper is mainly based on the management of the cultivating process of full-time professional degree postgraduates,and takes the relevant theories of management and the current situation of postgraduate education as the breakthrough point of this research.It mainly analyzes the factors affecting the quality improvement of the cultivating process of full-time professional postgraduates from the perspectives of curriculum provision,dual-tutor system,extracurricular practice,and graduation thesis.On this basis,the relevant improvement and complete measures are put forward,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the cultivating quality of full-time professional postgraduates.
