摘  要:目的 从主观和客观上评价国产A1-UV型非球面IOL植入眼的视觉质量。方法 收集行超声乳化白内障吸除联合IOL植入术的年龄相关性白内障患者共73例(124只眼)分三组,A组23例(41只眼)植入A1-UV型非球面IOL;B组30例(50只眼)植入Tecnis ZCB00型非球面IOL;C组20例(33只眼)植入Sensar AR40e型球面IOL。术后3个月进行最佳矫正视力、对比敏感度和视觉质量检查。结果 术后3个月,三组最佳矫正视力分别为0.066±0.048、0.058±0.050、0.070±0.047,三组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组患者在明视状态1.5c/d、3c/d、6c/d、12c/d空间频率下的对比敏感度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在明视状态18c/d空间频率下和暗视状态各空间频率下的对比敏感度比较:A组和B组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组和B组均显著高于C组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组的斯特列尔比和全眼球差分别为:0.211±0.069、0.229±0.065、0.156±0.053和0.062±0.103、0.026±0.089、0.446±0.112μm。A组和B组的斯特列尔比和全眼球差差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组与C组间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组患者的角膜球差分别为:0.262±0.103、0.294±0.088、0.266±0.112μm,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 国产A1-UV型非球面IOL能显著减小白内障患者术后的全眼球差,提高明视和暗视状态下的对比敏感度,获得良好的视觉质量,值得临床推广和运用。Objective To evaluate the visual quality in eyes after implantation of Al-UV aspheric intraocular lens from subjectivity and objectivity.Methods Totally 73 age-related cataract patients(124 eyes) with phacoemulsification and IOL implantation were collected in this study,and they were divided into three groups.23 patients(41 eyes) in group A were implanted Al-UV aspheric lens,30 patients(50 eyes) in group B were implanted Tecnis ZCB00 aspheric lens,20 patients(33 eyes) in group C were implanted Sensar AR40e spherical lens.The best corrected visual acuity,contrast sensitivity and visual quality of pseudophakic eyes were measured at 3 months after surgery.Results The best corrected visual acuity of three groups was0.066±0.048、0.058±0.050、0.070±0.047 after 3 months postoperatively,there was no statistically significant difference in three groups(P>0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the contrast sensitivity between three groups at 1.5c/d,3c/d,6c/d,12c/d under photopic vision after 3 months postoperatively(P>0.05).At 18c/d under photopic vision and all spatial frequency under scotopic vision after 3 months postoperatively,there were no statistically significant differences in the contrast sensitivity between group A and group B(P>0.05),but the contrast sensitivity of the group A and group B was significantly better than the group C,there were significant statistical differences(P<0:05).The Strehl ratio and ocular spherical aberration of three groups were 0.211±0.069、0.229±0.065、0.156±0.053 and 0.062±0.103、0.026±0.089、0.446±0.112 μm.There were no significant statistical differences in the Strehl ratio and ocular spherical aberration between group A and group B(P>0.05),but there were significant statistical differences between group A and group C,group B and group C(P<0.05).The corneal spherical aberration of three groups was0.262±0.103、0.294±0.088、0.266±0.112 μm;there was no significant statistical difference in three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The Al-UV aspheric in
