白内障患者术后前房注射头孢呋辛钠对眼内感染的预防效果

摘　　要：目的探讨白内障患者术后前房注射头孢呋辛钠对患者的预防作用,同时观察是否会对患者视力及不良反应产生影响。方法将我院2018年1月-2021年1月期间收治的白内障手术治疗的患者212例(305眼)作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者随机分为观察组(n=107例,159眼)和对照组(n=105例,146眼),对照组术后常规预防感染,观察组增加前房注射头孢呋辛钠进行(0.1ml,10mg/ml)干预,术后14d比较两组患者眼内感染、视力及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组术后眼内感染发生率为0.63%(1眼/159眼),低于对照组的1.37%(2眼/146眼)(x^(2)=6.817,P<0.05),术后两组患者视力均明显提高,但术前及术后两组患者视力及不良反应发生率差异均无统计学意义(x^(2)=7.031,均P>0.05)。结论白内障术后前房注射头孢呋辛钠可明显减少术后眼内感染的发生,且安全性高,不会影响患者视力和不良反应。Objective To investigate the preventive effect of cefuroxime sodium injection into anterior chamber after cataract surgery on patients,and to observe whether it will affect the vision and adverse reactions of patients.Method 212 patients(305 eyes)with cataract surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were randomly divided into the observation group(n=107cases,159 eyes) and the control group(n=105 cases,146 eyes).The control group received routine prevention of infection after surgery,and the observation group received additional anterior chamber injection of cefuroxime sodium for intervention The incidence of intraocular infection(0.1ml,10mg/ml),visual acuity and adverse reactions were observed.Result The incidence of postoperative intraocular infection in the observation group was 0.63%(1 eyes/159 eyes),which was lower than 1.37%(2 eyes/146 eyes) in the control group(x^(2)=6.817,P <0.05)-The visual acuity of the two groups was significantly improved after operation,but there was no significant difference in the visual acuity and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups before and after operation(x^(2)=7.031,all P> 0.05).Conclusion The anterior chamber injection of cefuroxime sodium after cataract surgery can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative intraocular infection,with high safety,and will not affect the vision and adverse reactions of patients.
