色噪声条件下基于矩阵补全的互质阵列DOA估计

摘  要:针对扩展孔径的互质阵列在色噪声条件下波达方向(DOA)估计性能明显下降的问题,提出了一种基于压缩感知的互质阵列DOA估计方法。在背景噪声为色噪声的情况下,将互质阵列接收到的数据协方差矩阵重构为欠定无噪协方差矩阵,并使用Lp范数和截断核范数结合的算法对其进行低秩矩阵恢复,从而有效地抑制了色噪声对DOA估计的影响;此外,采用差分阵方法对去噪处理后的协方差矩阵进行矩阵扩展,使用交替投影算法对矩阵扩展后产生的空洞进行填补,提高DOA估计的精度。仿真实验表明:相比于现有方法,所提方法能有效地恢复数据矩阵并抑制色噪声影响,在信噪比和快拍数相同的情况下DOA估计性能分别提升了15%和7.5%,在角度间隔相同的情况下DOA分辨率也有所提升。Aiming at the problem that the performance of direction-of-arrival(DOA) estimation with extended aperture coprime array is significantly degraded under the condition of color noise,a method of DOA estimation with coprime array based on compressed sensing was proposed. When the background noise was colored noise,the data covariance matrix received by the coprime array was reconstructed into an underdetermined noise free covariance matrix,and the algorithm combining Lp-norm and truncated kernel norm was used to recover the low rank matrix,thus effectively suppressing the impact of colored noise on DOA estimation. In addition,the difference matrix method was used to expand the covariance matrix after denoising, and the alternating projection algorithm was used to fill the holes generated after matrix expansion,so as to improve the accuracy of DOA estimation. Simulation results show that,compared with existing methods,the proposed method can effectively recover the data matrix and suppress the influence of color noise. The DOA estimation performances are improved by 15% and 7.5% respectively under the same signal-to-noise ratio and snapshot number,and the DOA resolution is also improved under the same angle interval.
