摘　　要：做好项目的核心逻辑是以创业心态贡献价值丁荣贵:很高兴有机会和您聊一聊关于第一性原理及其在项目管理中应用的话题。当今时代,我们碰到的很多项目具有VUCA特点,即易变性(Volatility)、不确定性(Uncertainty)、复杂性(Complexity)、模糊性(Ambiguity),如何来应对这些VUCA特点,抓住第一性原理就很重要。不知道您在这方面有什么样的体会?Excellent project managers need to have an insight into the universality behind the particularity of the project,that is,the grasp of the project value and the essential commonness of project management.The value of the first principle is that when we launch and manage projects,we can achieve the goal of"being calm after being settled,being calm after being calm,being safe after being able to think,and being able to get after thinking".Only with the same mind we can effectively cope with technological changes and environmental changes.
