摘　　要：针对智能变电站安全措施执行过程存在信息误看或漏看的风险,以及在线监测装置监测信息不全,且不能近距离实时通知安全措施校核状态等问题,设计基于图像识别并结合实时采集数据的在线安全措施校核系统,同时介绍系统的架构、功能模块和实现方法,分析安全措施校核相关图像识别技术和信息搜索匹配算法,以及安全措施票自动生成方法。通过变电站现场应用,证明此系统可实现安全措施过程的自动在线校核,提升了安全措施在线校核的全面性和便捷性。In view of the risk of misreading or missing information in the implementation of safety measures in intelligent substation, as well as the incomplete monitoring information of on-line monitoring device and the inability to notify the verification status of safety measures in close real time. An online safety measure verification system based on image recognition and combined with real-time data acquisition is proposed. At the same time, the architecture, functional modules, and implementation methods of the system are introduced. The image recognition technology related to safety measure verification, information search matching algorithm and automatic generation method of safety measure ticket are analyzed. Through the field application of substation, it is proved that this system can realize the automatic on-line verification of safety measures, improve the comprehensiveness and convenience of on-line verification of safety measures.
