基于三阶段DEA模型的众创空间运行效率评价——以广州市众创空间为例

摘　　要：运用三阶段DEA模型,将众创空间人、财、物及其它活动作为投入变量,将社会、创新和经济3种效益作为产出变量,分析2019年广州市170家众创空间的运行效率。研究发现,广州市众创空间规模普遍偏小,规模效率偏低,但是存在较大提升空间。提出广州市众创空间应扩大规模和合理配置资源,提升规模效率与资源利用率。Using the Three-stage DEA model,this study calculated the operational efficiency of 170 Guangzhou makerspaces in 2019 by taking the human,financial,material and other activities resources as input variables and the three benefits of society,innovation and economy as output variables.The key reason is that the makerspaces are generally small in scale,inefficient in scale and inefficient in resource utilization.this study proposes that Guangzhou makerspaces should expand their scales and reasonably allocate resources to improve scale efficiency and resource utilization.
