摘　　要：高新技术产业成为推动经济稳健发展、结构优化升级的重要力量。运用DEA方法分析了山东省高新技术产业及其子行业的投入产出效率,结果显示:产业结构总体表现较好,大多数年份处于最优状态;各子行业表现出不同的发展态势——医药制造业增速较快但不够稳定;电子及通信设备业技术创新不足,增长乏力,投入产出效益较差;航天航空业因其特殊性表现不够稳定;计算机及办公设备业以及医疗设备及仪器仪表业发展比较稳定,但创新效率偏低,规模效益不足。With its unique attributes,high-tech industry has become an important force and content to promote the economic development steadily and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.This paper analyzes the input-output efficiency of high-tech industry and its sub-industries in Shandong province by DEA method.The results show that the overall performance of high-tech industrial structure in Shandong province is good,and it is in optimal state in most of the years.But each sub-industry shows different development trends,and the growth rate of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is fast but not stable enough.Electronic and communication equipment industry show insufficient technology innovation,slow growth,and poor input-output efficiency.Aerospace industry is not stable and outstanding due to its particularity.Computer and office equipment industry,medical equipment,instrument and meter industry develop steadily,but the innovation efficiency is low and the scale efficiency is insufficient.
