摘　　要：Wnt/β-catenin信号通路与NF-kB信号通路都是高度保守的通路,调节多种生物学过程,二者之间的交叉影响已在多个生物和医学研究领域引起重视。该文将就Wnt/β-catenin信号通路与NF-kB信号通路的相互作用及对间充质干细胞多向分化的影响进行综述。Both Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and NF-kB signaling pathway are highly conservative pathways that regulate a vari-ety of biological processes,and their cross-regulation have attracted attention in many biological and medical research fields.In this re-view,we summarize the cross-regulation between Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and NF-kB signaling pathway and discuss their in-volvement in the multi-directional differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells.
