摘　　要：总结了某抓料机新型管材抓具的设计开发过程,通过开发需求分析、抓具结构设计、抓具动作设计、抓具结构强度分析、抓具安全分析等方面进行具体阐述。以现有产品结构设计为基础,借助三维建模软件和结构分析软件,在短周期内快速完成了产品开发。该研究成果可为同类机械工作属具的开发过程提供参考。This paper summarizes the design and development process of a new type of pipe gripper for a gripper,specifying through the analysis of development requirements,gripper structure design,gripper action design,gripper structure strength analysis,gripper safety analysis,etc.Based on the existing product structure design,the product development was completed quickly in a short period of time with the help of 3D modeling software and structural analysis software.It provides reference for the development process of similar mechanical work attachments.
