摘  要:由于数控冲床的固定落料口位于冲锤和工作台下方,取出工件需停机并钻入工作台下或将工作台移开才能收集工件,不方便且有一定安全隐患,加之工作台经常移动,容易造成地面磨损,导致工作台面不平整,从而影响加工效果。为了解决这个问题,设计了具有废料和工件分离筛选功能的传送带装置,通过导板把材料从落料口移入输送带,再通过输送带把工件和废料传送到工作台外的分离装置上,从而能够实时收集工件,解决人工取件的不便,提高了教学的安全性。The fixed blanking port of CNC punch press is located under the ram and the worktable.When taking out the workpieces,it needs to stop and climb under the worktable or move the worktable away.It is inconvenient and has certain potential safety hazards.In addition,the worktable often moves,which is easy to cause ground wear and uneven worktable,thus affecting the processing effect.In order to solve this problem,a conveyor belt device with the function of separation and screening of waste and workpiece was designed.The material was moved into the conveyor belt from the blanking port through the guide plate,and then the workpieces and wastes were transmitted to the separation device outside the workbench through the conveyor belt,so that the workpieces can be collected in real time,the inconvenience of manual picking up can be solved,the safety of teaching is improved,the students can obtain the processed workpieces in time,and the motivation of learning is improved.
