摘 要:为了实现基于负载检测调节带式输送机带速,降低能耗及设备磨损,以矿井使用较为广泛的DTL120带式输送机为研究对象,构建基于负载检测的带式输送机运行控制系统,对运行控制系统结构进行分析,并确定负载检测以及带速检测传感器类型;采用数值仿真技术对PID控制及自适应性模糊PID控制进行分析,最终确定采用自适应性模糊PID控制系统对带式输送机运行进行调节。研究成果可为相关系统设计提供参考。In order to realize the belt conveyor belt speed regulation based on belt conveyor load detection and reduce energy consumption and equipment wear,the DTL120 belt conveyor,which is widely used in mines,is used as the research object to build a belt conveyor operation control system based on load detection,analyze the structure of the operation control system,and determine the load detection and belt speed detection sensor types;numerical simulation technology is used to analyze the The PID control and adaptive fuzzy PID control are analyzed,and the adaptive fuzzy PID control system is finally adopted to regulate the operation of the belt conveyor.The research results can provide reference for the related system design.
