摘 要:目的:快速测定茶饮料中有机氯和拟除虫菊酯类农药残留量.方法:选用非离子表面活性剂聚乙二醇4000(PEGG4000)作为浊点萃取剂,用异辛烷超声反萃取后,取上层异辛烷溶液上机.采用HPG5 msUI毛细管色谱柱对异辛烷溶液进行分离,再经GC/MS进行定性和定量分析.结果:有机氯和拟除虫菊酯类农药分别在0.01~2.0,0.02~4.0mg/L的质量浓度范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数均大于0.995;方法的检出限为0.003~0.008 mg/kg,定量限为0.01~0.02 mg/kg,平均回收率78.3%~98.4%,相对标准偏差2.7%~8.5%(n=6).结论:该方法操作过程简单,富集率高、实用、安全、经济,适用于茶饮料类液体饮料中的农药多残留的快速测定.Objective:Rapid determination of organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticide residues in tea beverages.Methods:Selecting the non-ionic surfactant PEG-4000 as cloud point extraction,pesticides were extracted with isooctane by ultrasonic back extraction.The upper layer of isoctane solution was analyzed by Gas Chromatography/Mass.The isooctane solution was separated by HP-5 ms UI capillary column and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by GC/MS.Results:The eight pesticides showed a good linear relationship between 0.01~2.0and 0.02~1.0 mg/L,respectively,with the correlation coefficients(R)of over 0.995.The detection limit and quantification limit of this method were 0.003~0.008 mg/L and0.01~0.02 mg/L,respectively.The average recovery was78.3%~98.4%,RSD was 2.7%~8.5%(n=6).Conclusion:The method is simple in operation,high in enrichment rate,practical,safe and economical,which is suitable for rapid determination of pesticide residues in tea drinks.
