基于“院校协同”模式的医学生医院志愿服务模式探讨

摘　　要：基于协同及协同理论,以绍兴市人民医院(浙江大学绍兴医院)为例,阐释了“院校协同”模式的医学生医院志愿服务的优势,提出了“院校协同”视域下医学生医院志愿服务的协同模式,总结了“院校协同”模式的医学生医院志愿服务的效果和成效。Based on the theory of coordination and collaboration in Shaoxing People’s Hospital(Hospital of Shaoxing, Zhejiang University) as an example, illustrates the medical students of school of“ synergy” mode of hospital volunteer service advantage, put forward the school of“ synergy” horizon, hospital medical students volunteer service synergy mode,summarizes the synergy“universities”model and the effect of the hospital medical students volunteer service results.
