摘  要:农业科研单位的核心在于农业科技创新事业的发展,科学的科研目标设置和绩效考核可以有效助推农业科技创新。文章围绕目标与关键成果法(OKR)的内涵,通过分析江苏省农业科学院(以下简称“江苏省农科院”)专业所三年业绩目标设置与绩效考核的基本情况,剖析三年业绩目标设置和考核的主要矛盾和问题,探讨OKR在专业所业绩目标设置与绩效考核中的运用,以期为进一步加强农业科技创新提供思路。The core of agricultural scientific research institutions lies in the development of agricultural science and technology innovation,and scientific performance goal setting and performance appraisal can effectively promote agricultural science and technology innovation.Focusing on the connotation of the Objectives and Key Results, the basic situation and existing problems of the three-year performance goal setting and performance appraisal in the professional institutes of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences were analyzed and the application of Objectives and Key Results in three-year performance goal setting and performance appraisal discussed. The application of Objectives and Key Results is expected to provide ideas for further strengthening agricultural science and technology innovation.
