摘  要:为实现己内酰胺车间高浓有机废水资源化利用,对废水进行了成分分析和制浆试验,并采用Aspen Plus软件模拟了添加有机废水制浆对气化运行的影响。结果表明,加入有机废水后,煤灰成分变化不明显,煤灰渣黏温曲线黏度3 Pa·s~25 Pa·s对应的温度范围由1323℃~1379℃拓宽至1244℃~1382℃;单独使用有机废水制浆,煤浆流动性有所增强,但黏度明显变低,稳定性变差,煤浆静置24 h析水率大于5.00%;通过调节废液酸碱度,并使用羧甲基纤维素钠作为稳定剂,可改善煤浆稳定性;随着有机废液使用量增加,气化温度有所降低,有效气含量略有升高,节煤量增加。In order to realize the resource utilization of high concentration organic wastewater in caprolactam plant,the wastewater composition analysis and slurry preparation test were carried out,and the impact of adding organic wastewater on gasification operation was simulated with Aspen Plus software.The results showed that after the addition of organic wastewater,the composition of coal ash did not change significantly.Regarding the coal ash slag viscosity-temperature curve,the temperature range corresponding to the viscosity of 3 Pa·s-25 Pa·s was widened from 1323℃-1379℃to 1244℃-1382℃,which was conducive to the gasification operation.When organic wastewater was used alone to make slurry,the fluidity of coal slurry was enhanced,but the viscosity was greatly lowered,and the stability was worse.The water separation rate of coal slurry in 24 h was greater than 5.00%.The stability of coal slurry could be improved by adjusting the wastewater pH and using sodium carboxymethyl cellulose as stabilizer.With the increased use of organic waste liquid,the gasification temperature decreased,the effective gas content increased slightly,and the coal saving volume increased.
