摘　　要：针对高校研究生思政育人实施过程中路径单一、成效不佳的困境,简要论述了研究生思政教育的特点以及实践现状。结合中原工学院计算智能团队对硕士研究生培养的实际经验,从团队协同理念出发,提出构建多措并举、协同驱动的高层次创新人才思政育人实践路径,从而切实发挥思政育人功能、提升思政育人成效。To solve the problems of monotonous path and poor effect in the implementation of ideological and political education for university graduate students,this paper briefly discusses the characteristics and practice of ideological and political education for postgraduates.Based on the practical experience of the computational intelligence team of Zhongyuan University of Technology in training postgraduate students,and the concept of team cooperation,this paper proposes a practical path of ideological and political education for high-level innovative talents driven by multiple measures,which contributes to a fully-functioning and effective ideological and political education.
