摘  要:为研究授权型领导与创新绩效的关系,提高煤炭企业技术创新中的创新绩效,利用链式中介效应,研究企业创新绩效的影响机制,引入差错管理氛围和知识共享作为中介变量,以煤炭企业领导及其下属为调研对象展开研究,使用SPSS26.0和AMOS24.0软件进行实证分析。研究表明:授权型领导与煤炭企业创新绩效呈正相关,差错管理氛围与知识共享在授权型领导与企业创新绩效影响关系中具有链式中介作用,通过授权型领导风格的培养可以提高煤炭企业创新绩效。In order to study the relationship between empowering leadership and innovation performance and improve innovation performance in technological innovation of coal enterprises,this paper studies the influencing mechanism of enterprise innovation performance by using chain mediation effect,and introduces error management climate and knowledge sharing as the mediating variables. The leaders of coal enterprises and their subordinates were studied. SPSS26.0 and AMOS24.0 software were used for empirical analysis. The results show that there is a positive correlation between empowering leadership and innovation performance of coal enterprises. Error management atmosphere and knowledge sharing play a chain mediating role in the relationship between empowering leadership and innovation performance of coal enterprises. The cultivation of empowering leadership style can improve innovation performance of coal enterprises.
