摘　　要：就目前各国农业发展现状而言,推动农业产业集群建设是我国未来农业发展的必经之路。以处于产业集群关系网络核心位置的B企业为例,从营运、投资管理、融资管理方面探讨了B企业价值创造的财务驱动因素,并通过资料收集,从技术与研发力量、营销战略、产品质量方面探讨了B企业的非财务驱动因素,最终根据两者归纳总结了农业集群企业的价值创造路径,提出相关建议。As far as the current situation of agricultural development in various countries is concerned, promoting the construction of agricultural industrial clusters is the only way for China’s future agricultural development. Taking enterprise B, which is at the core of the industrial cluster relationship network, as an example, this paper discusses the financial driving factor of the value creation of the enterprise from the aspects of operation, investment management and financing management. It also discusses the non-financial driving factor of the enterprise from the aspects of technology and R&D strength, marketing strategy and product quality by means of data collection. Finally it summarizes the value creation path for agricultural cluster enterprises based on the two factors, and puts forward relevant suggestions.
