政治关联对集成电路企业创新绩效提升的影响研究——基于知识整合的中介作用

摘　　要：提高集成电路企业创新绩效是有效破解集成电路产业卡脖子技术困境、实现集成电路产业能级跃升的关键路径。基于对集成电路产业战略价值的考虑,从集成电路企业知识获取、知识融合以及知识创造三个维度去衡量企业知识整合能力大小,结合对江苏省111家涵盖集成电路产业链各环节的企业的调研问卷,实证分析了集成电路企业知识整合在企业政治关联度与创新绩效提升之间的影响。研究发现:集成电路企业政治关联度的提升显著促进了企业创新绩效的提高,对企业知识整合也有显著促进作用;集成电路企业的知识整合在企业政治关联度影响创新绩效的过程中发挥了部分中介作用。Improving the innovation performance of Integrated Circuit enterprises is a key way to effectively solve the technical dilemma of the Integrated Circuit industry and realize the energy level of the Integrated Circuit industry.Therefore, based on the consideration of the strategic value of the Integrated Circuit industry, the impact of knowledge integration capabilities of enterprises was empirically analyzed from the three dimensions of knowledge acquisition, knowledge fusion and knowledge creation of Integrated Circuit enterprises.The company’s survey questionnaire results empirically analyzed the impact of Integrated Circuit companies’ knowledge integration on corporate political relevance and the improvement of innovation performance.The study found that the increase in Integrated Circuit enterprises’ political relevance significantly promoted the improvement of corporate innovation performance, The knowledge integration of Integrated Circuit enterprises also has a significant role in promoting;the knowledge integration of Integrated Circuit companies has played a part of the mediating role in the process of corporate political relevance affecting innovation performance.
