摘　　要：肺腺癌转移相关转录本1(MALAT1)在多种肿瘤的发生过程中具有重要作用。近年来研究表明MALAT1在血液系统肿瘤中表达升高,且可以作为竞争性内源RNA从转录和转录后水平等多层面参与血液系统肿瘤的发生、发展及预后,因此,MALAT1有可能成为新型标志物,为血液系统肿瘤的诊断、治疗及预后评估提供有价值的依据。Metastasis-associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1(MALAT1)plays an important role in the development of various tumors.Recent studies have shown that MALAT1 is highly expressed in hematological tumors and can participate in development,progression and prognosis of hematological tumors at transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels as a competitive endogenous RNA.Therefore,MALAT1 might be a novel marker as a valuable basis for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis evaluation of hematological tumors.
