摘　　要：渗透树脂作为牙科修复材料,由于其高渗透率、低黏度的特性,可穿透釉质病变的孔隙,达到终止病损进展的目的,在不破坏牙体组织的基础上获得美学效果,相较于传统的治疗方法,治疗方式微创、无痛,治疗效果好。本文对渗透树脂的使用方法及其在临床方面的应用进展进行了综述。The resin infiltration is a dental restorative material,because of its high permeability and low viscosity that penetrates the porosities of the lesions and achieve the purpose of stopping the progression of lesions.It can achievement of esthetic results without loss of tooth structure.Compared with traditional methods,resin infiltration techniqueis painless and minimally invasive,the curative effect is good.This article aims to discuss the properties,method of application and clinical application of resin infiltration.
