摘 要:针对某型宽轨机车,建立了机车转向架临界速度分析模型和10自由度蛇形运动微分方程,利用特征根法求解转向架的临界速度,分析机车水平悬挂参数对临界速度的影响以及一系横、纵向刚度和二系横向减振器参数之间的匹配关系。研究结果表明:二系水平悬挂参数对机车临界速度的影响相对较小;一系横、纵向刚度与二系横向减振器刚度的适度增大均可提高机车的临界速度,合适的二系横向减振器阻尼值可使临界速度达到最高;二系横向减振器最优阻尼值随一系纵向刚度的增加而减小,并逐渐到达稳定值;二系横向减振器最优阻尼值随二系横向减振器刚度的增大而增加;随一系横向刚度的增加,二系横向减振器刚度较小时,二系横向减振器最优阻尼值先减小后增大,二系横向减振器刚度较大时,减振器最优阻尼值也增大。The critical velocity analysis model of the bogie and the differential equation of 10 degrees of freedom snake motion were established for a certain type of wide gauge locomotive,and the critical velocity of the bogie was solved by the feature root method,and the influence of the horizontal suspension parameters of the locomotive on the critical velocity and the matching relationship between the horizontal and longitudinal stiffness of the first series and the transverse shock absorber parameters of the second series were analyzed.The results show these as follows.The influence of the horizontal suspension parameters of the second series on the critical speed of the locomotive is relatively small.The moderate increase of the stiffness of the first series horizontal and longitudinal stiffness and the stiffness of the second series transverse shock absorber can increase the critical speed of the locomotive,and the suitable damping value of the second series transverse shock absorber can make the critical speed reach the highest.The optimal damping value of the second-series transverse shock absorber decreases with the increase of the longitudinal stiffness of the first-series and gradually reaches the stable value.The optimal damping value of the second-series transverse shock absorber increases with the increase of the stiffness of the second-series transverse shock absorber.With the increase of the lateral stiffness of the first series,when the stiffness of the second series transverse shock absorber is small,the optimal damping value of the second series transverse shock absorber is first reduced and then increased,and the optimal damping value of the shock absorber is also increased when the stiffness of the second series transverse shock absorber is large.
