摘 要:生物化学品的开发及应用是生物工程学科研究的重要目标,也是工科大学生物化工、生物工程方向的研究特色。高年级专业选修课是高等学校整体教学的一个重要部分,也是承接前期专业课程与毕业设计的纽带,针对目前高年级专业课程教学过程中暴露出来的晦涩知识难理解和所学知识点不会应用等问题,该研究以生物基化学品的开发及应用课程为例,采用案例引入、实践调研融入的教学方法,从教学内容改进和教学方法优化等角度进行教学改革,旨在解决如何提高高年级专业课程应用性和实践性的问题,提高学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,为后续研究生学习或将来从事生物工程或生物技术相关工作奠定基础,同时也以期对其他生物工程类专业课的教学改革提供启示和借鉴。The development and application of bio-chemicals is an important goal of bioengineering research, and is also the research characteristics of biochemical engineering and bioengineering. Senior professional elective coursesis an important part of the whole teaching of institutions of higher learning, also undertakes the professional courses and graduation design link based on the exposed problems in the teaching process that obscure knowledge is difficult to understand and the knowledge learned cannot be applied. In this study, taking the course Development and Application of Bio-based Chemicals as an example, the teaching reform is carried out from the viewpoint of teaching content improvement and teaching method optimization by using case introduction and practice investigation. The study aims to address how to improve the senior professional curriculum and practical problems, and improve the students’ ability to analyze and solve problemsfor subsequent graduate school or future work in the biological engineering or biological technology related area. At the same time, the study is to provide inspiration and reference for the teaching reform of other professional courses of biological engineering.
