摘　　要：近年来,高校海归青年教师队伍越来越大,如何做好这批有着“高知、高智、高职”的特殊群体的思想政治教育工作,不仅关系到教师队伍整体素养,关系到教育事业的发展,更关系到高校立德树人根本任务的实现。该文基于调研,在分析高校海归青年教师的群体特征、目前高校海归青年教师思想政治教育中须注意的问题的基础上,提出对策性建议,以期增强高校对海归青年教师思想政治教育工作的实效性。In recent years, the number of young teachers returning from overseas in colleges and universities is growing. How to do the work well in the ideological and political education of this special groups with "high knowledge, high intelligence and higher vocational education" is not only related to the overall quality of teachers, but also related to the development of education as well as the realization of the fundamental task of moral education in colleges and universities. Based on the investigation, this paper analyzes the overall characteristics of young teachers returning from overseas in colleges and universities and the problems that should be paid more attention to in the ideological and political education. The paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, so as to enhance the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of the young teachers returning from overseas in colleges and universities.
