摘　　要：目的通过分析2021年怀柔区居民碘盐及市场碘盐数据,掌握怀柔区居民食用碘盐情况,为更好的防治碘缺乏病提供依据。方法根据《北京市碘缺乏病监测方案(2016版)》的要求,随机抽取怀柔区5个乡镇作为监测点开展居民食用盐监测工作。采集学生及孕妇家中食用盐,测量学生甲状腺容积,全区开展市场碘盐调查工作。结果2021年共收集303份盐样,检出合格碘盐296件,碘盐合格率为98.99%;合格碘盐食用率为96.70%;儿童甲肿率为1.99%。结论2021年怀柔区居民碘盐充足,合格碘盐食用率为96.70%;儿童甲肿率为1.99%,两个指标均达到碘缺乏病消除标准。近五年合格碘盐食用率呈现逐年上升的趋势,仍需继续加强大众健康教育,提升公民食用碘盐的意识,打击不良盐商,取缔不合格碘盐的流通渠道。Objective By analyzing the iodized salt data of residents in Huairou District and the market of iodized salt,we can know the situation of residents’consumption of iodized salt in Huairou District,and provide the basis for preventing and curing iodine deficiency disorders.Methods In accordance with the requirements of"the Iodine Deficiency Disorders(IDD)Surveillance Program(2016 edition)",five towns and townships in Huairou District were randomly selected to carry out salt surveillance for residents.The thyroid volume of the students was measured,and the iodized salt was investigated in the whole district.Results A total of 303 salt samples were collected in 2021,and 296 qualified salt samples were detected,the qualified rate of iodized salt was 98.99%,the qualified rate of iodized salt consumption was 96.70%,and the rate of goiter in children was 1.99%.Conclusion There is an adequate supply of iodized salt among the residents of Huairou District in 2021 with a 96.70%consumption rate of qualified iodized salt and a 1.99%goiter rate among children,both of which meet the criteria for the elimination of IDD.In the past five years,the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt has been on the rise year by year.It is necessary to continue to strengthen public health education,raise citizens’awareness of iodized salt consumption,crack down on unscrupulous salt traders and ban the circulation channels of substandard iodized salt.
