摘　　要：分析了生鲜冷链城市配送的发展现状,并从适用场景、耗能模式和购置方案等方面提出了基于取送一体的电动车燃油车混合车队冷链物流配送模式,最后针对生鲜冷链城市配送场景,从车队结构、补能模式、车辆购置、配送效率、温度监控等角度给出了电动车燃油车混合车队配送模式的优化策略。In this paper,we analyzed the development status of urban fresh products cold chain distribution.First,we put forward the cold chain logistics distribution mode for fleets comprised of both electric and fuel vehicles based on pickup and delivery integration from the aspects of application scenario,energy consumption mode and purchase plan,etc.Then,aiming at the scenario of urban fresh products cold chain distribution,we proposed the optimization strategy for the mixed fleets from the perspective of fleet structure,energy replenishment mode,vehicle purchase,distribution efficiency,temperature monitoring and so on.
