摘　　要：探讨编写消化专业研究生住院医师规范培训实习教材《中西医结合消化临床诊疗思维案例教程》的意义、编写的内容及教学的目的与特色。通过分析目前研究生教育存在的教育教学问题,探讨编写《中西医结合消化临床诊疗思维案例教程》的意义及必要性,论述了其编写特色。编写目的是缓解目前中医/中西医结合消化专业研究生、规培生、实习生培训教材匮乏的局面,为高等中医药院校研究生临床教育作出有益探索。This paper aims to discuss the significance, content, teaching objective and feature of compilating Cases of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Digestion, a practical textbook for digestive postgraduates and standardized training residents. Based on the analysis of the current teaching problems of graduate education, the necessity of teaching material compilation, the unavailability of textbooks for digestion-majored postgraduates of TCM and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, interns and standardized training residents, it points out that the compilation of this textbook has bridged the gap and made beneficial exploration for clinical education of postgraduates in TCM colleges and universities.
