摘　　要：临床药师参与1例精神分裂症伴妊娠合并糖尿病患者的治疗过程,结合患者既往疾病史、用药史、家族史,分析可能导致患者血糖升高的药物性因素并进行用药教育和药学监护,提出合理化建议,取得了良好的治疗效果。通过本例药学监护,临床药师发挥药学专业优势,使患者得到更专业的医疗服务,并发挥了医患之间的桥梁作用,提升临床药师在医疗团队的地位。Clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment process of a patient with schizophrenia and gestational diabetes mellitus.Combined with the patient’s previous disease history,medication history and family history,the pharmacologic factors that may lead to hyperglycemia were analyzed,medication education and pharmaceutical care were carried out,reasonable suggestions were put forward,and good treatment effect was achieved.Through the pharmaceutical care of this case,clinical pharmacists play the advantages of pharmaceutical specialty,so that patients can get more professional medical services,and play the role of a bridge between doctors and patients,improve the status of clinical pharmacists in the medical team.
