摘　　要：目的:探讨复发性急性胰腺炎(recurrent acute pancreatitis, RAP)的临床特征及其影像学表现。方法:回顾性分析2019年11月至2021年11月我院收治RAP患者的临床及影像资料,并复习国内外相关文献。结果:(1)RAP患者以中年男性为主,致病因素依次是高脂血症、特发性、胆道疾病、酒精性以及其他罕见疾病,约半数RAP患者伴有基础疾病,并且多数患者既往有2次及以上急性胰腺炎病史;(2)RAP以间质水肿型胰腺炎为主,局部并发症包括胰周积液18例、假性囊肿5例、胰周坏死物聚集14例、包裹性坏死9例;(3)老年RAP中女性明显多于男性,男女比1:3,主要病因是胆源性疾病。结论:RAP好发于中年男性,高脂血症是其首位病因,多数患者多次复发并以轻症胰腺炎为主。Objective:To explore the clinical features and imaging manifestations of recurrent acute pancreatitis.Methods:The clinical and imaging data of RAP patients from November 2019 to November 2021were retrospectively analyzed, domestic and foreign literatures were reviewed.Results:(1)RAP mainly happened in middle-aged males, hyperlipidemia, idiopathic, biliary disease, alcoholic and other rare diseases are its etiology. Among RAP patients, more than half have underlying diseases, and most patients suffered RAP mora than twice.(2) Most RAP were interstitial edema pancreatitis. Local complications include 18 cases of peripancreatic effusion, 5 cases of pseudocyst, 14 cases of accumulation of peripancreatic necrosis, and 9 cases of encapsulated necrosis;(3) RAP in elderly people mainly occurred in women, the ratio of women to men is 3:1, and biliary diseases are the main cause.Conclusion:RAP tends to occur in middle-aged men, and hyperlipidemia is the first cause. Most patients suffer multiple and mild pancreatitis.
