摘  要:针对辊弯成形件目前存在的回弹量难以精确测量,以及无法全面统计成形实际误差等问题,提出一种辊弯成形件回弹量的视觉测量方法。运用逆向工程技术的方法,对成形后的零件进行逆向设计,并与原始点进行对比,从而得到板材的相关数据。该方法利用激光三角法测量装置,来获取辊弯成形件的点云数据,然后利用Geomagic Qualify软件对点云数据进行处理。将点云数据与产品设计标准CAD模型匹配对齐,计算点云相对于设计模型在最佳匹配位置的法向偏差值,从而获得回弹量数值。此方法能够准确地得出同一成形件不同截面的回弹量,为后续辊弯成形闭环矫正系统提供实时参考数据。For the problems that the springback amount of roll-formed parts was difficult to be accurately measured and the actual error in forming could not be fully counted, a visual measurement method for springback amount of roll-formed parts was proposed. Then, using the method of reverse engineering technology, the formed part was reverse designed and compared with the original points so as to obtain the relevant data of sheet metal. The method used the laser triangulation measurement device to obtain the point cloud data of roll-formed parts, and then used software Geomagic Qualify to process the point cloud data. The point cloud data was matched and aligned with the product design standard CAD model, and the normal deviation value of the point cloud relative to the design model at the best matching position was calculated to obtain the values of springback amount. Thus, this method can accurately obtain the springback amount of different sections in the same formed part and provide the real-time reference data for subsequent roll forming closed-loop correction system.
