摘  要:由于油耗法规日益严格,发动机自动启停技术已经成为行业新开发车型的基本配置之一。发动机频繁启动导致的振动极易引起乘客抱怨,因此发动机启停抖动性能越来越引起整车企业关注。良好的发动机启停抖动水平对整车NVH性能的提升有巨大作用。影响发动机启停抖动性能的因素有很多,包括启动电机、ECU控制逻辑、发动机结构及悬置性能匹配等。文章重点关注动力总成悬置匹配对发动机启停抖动的影响,对发动机启动过程及振动的传递进行了分析,通过悬置系统的优化,将整车启停抖动水平大幅降低,提高了整车舒适性。Engine start/stop technology has become the basic configuration for new developed vehicle due to the high requiremnt of fuel consumption.The engine frequent start/stop vibration will affect the passenger’s experience and get complaient,therefore the engine start/stop vibration performance are getting more and more intrested by many OEMs.Good engine start/stop vibration level plays a great role in improving the NVH performance of the whole vehicle.There are many factors which affect the start/stop vibration performance,including start motor,ECU control logic,engine structure,mounting performance matching and so on.The influence of powertrain mount matching on engine start/stop vibration is focused on,the engine start process and vibration transfer is analyzed,the vehicle start/stop vibration level is significantly reuced by powertrain system optimization,and the vehicle comfort is improved.
