摘　　要：党的二十大报告指出,教育、科技、人才是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的基础性、战略性支撑。高校人才管理要深入领会习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的精髓要义,在学习贯彻中以“六个必须坚持”为着力点,夯实人才队伍建设,必须坚持人才至上、自信自立、守正创新、问题导向、系统观念、胸怀天下,“六个必须坚持”为高校高质量内涵式人才队伍建设提供精神动力和行动指南。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that education,science and technology,and talents are the basic and strategic support for building a socialist modem country in an all-round way.Talent management in colleges and universities should deeply understand the essence of Xi Jinping’s socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era,focus on "Six Persistences" in learning and implementation,consolidate the construction of talent team,adhere to the supremacy of talent,self-confidence,self-reliance,integrity and innovation,problem-oriented,systematic concept,and keep the world in mind."Six Persistences" provides spiritual impetus and action guide for talent team construction of colleges and universities.
