中加公共图书馆健康信息服务现状对比研究

摘　　要：运用网络、电话以及文献研究等方式,对我国与加拿大公共图书馆健康信息服务的专栏、服务方式、服务资源、服务主题等内容进行调查,分析发现我国公共图书馆擅长运用数字技术助力实现健康信息服务。与加拿大相比,我国还存在健康类数字资源利用率低、应急医疗救助服务欠缺、缺乏专业的健康咨询服务等问题。因此,建议我国公共图书馆从以下几个方面完善健康信息服务:运用多元社交媒体手段开展健康信息传播;完善应急医疗救助服务;丰富健康信息服务内容;建设一支专业的健康信息服务馆员队伍。The paper compares the health service situation in Canada and China with the method of network, telephone and literature investigation. Through the analysis of service column, service method, service resources and service subject, the paper finds that public libraries in China are good at using digital technology to provide health service. However, comparing to Canada, there are still some problems in our health information service, such as low utilization of health digital resource, inadequacy of emergency medical assistance services and professional health advisory services and so on. In view of this situation, the paper brings forward some suggestions to improve Chinese health service, including using multiple social media tools for health communication, attaching importance to emergency medical assistance services, enriching the content of health services and building a team of professional health service librarians.
