摘　　要：目前,全球已有70余个国家及地区设立高级实践护士角色,44个国家或地区立法授予其处方权,2022年6月23日深圳市第七届人民代表大会常务委员会第十次会议修订通过了《深圳经济特区医疗条例》修订稿,为护士处方权立法奠定了基础。随着我国老龄化的加剧及慢性病发病率的增长,现有的医疗已不能完全满足人们的健康需求,护士处方权是必然趋势。基于此,本课题组自2004年成立护士处方权专项研究团队,率先在国内全面深入研究了特定情况、特定专科以及不同专科的高级实践护士药物处方内容及形式,现得以发布高级实践护士药物处方集。该处方集需待处方权在国家层面立法后才能使用,仅供研究参考。At present,the role of advanced practice nurse has been established in more than 70 countries and regions around the world,and 44 countries or regions have enacted laws granting them the right to prescribe.On June 23,2022,the Tenth Session of the Standing Committee of the Seventh People′s Congress of Shenzhen Municipality passed the"Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Medical Regulations"revised draft,which lays the foundation for the legislation of the prescribing right for nurses.With the aging of Chinese population and the increase of the incidence of chronic diseases,the existing medical treatment can not fully meet the health needs of the people,the right of nurses to prescribe is an inevitable trend.Based on this,our research group established a special research team on nurse prescribing right in 2004,which took the lead in comprehensively and deeply studying drug prescriptions and forms of advanced practice nurses in specific situations,specific specialties and different specialties in China,and is now able to publish clinical drug prescriptions formulary for advanced practice nurses.This clinical drug prescriptions formulary can only be used after the prescribing right is legislated at the national level.It is for research reference only.
