摘  要:成人高等学历教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,是推进高等教育大众化、普及化的重要力量,是提升国民文化素质和培养区域经济建设人才的重要保障。然而,近二十年来,其人才培养质量广受质疑,质量回归已成为学界和社会的迫切期待。成人高等学历教育要实现质量回归,面临其重要地位被忽视、生源文化素质不高和教育行政监管乏力等问题。为此,应采取切实举措以有效落实成人高等教育地位,重拾办学的严肃性;改革现有招生制度和教学计划,保证生源的基本文化素质和课程的学习质量;加强教育行政监管和执法力度,促使教育教学扎扎实实、有条不紊地开展。Adult higher education is an important part of the higher education in our country, it is an important force to promote the popularization and popularization of higher education, it is an important force to promote the national cultural quality and cultivate talents of regional economic construction. However, in the past twenty years, the quality of its talent training has been widely questioned, and the quality regression has become an urgent expectation of academia and society. In order to realize the quality regression of adult higher education, there are some problems, such as the neglect of its important position, the low cultural quality of students and the lack of educational administrative supervision. Therefore, practical measures should be taken to effectively implement the status of adult higher education and restore the seriousness of running schools. Reform the current enrollment system and teaching plan to ensure the basic cultural quality of students and the quality of course learning;We will strengthen educational administrative supervision and law enforcement to promote the steady and orderly development of education and teaching.
