摘 要:目的 了解临床医学专业本科生《预防医学》课程教学现状及需求。方法 本研究采用整群抽样方法于2021年11—12月抽取本校2019级临床医学生开展个人基本情况和《预防医学》认知、需求、期末成绩等内容问卷调查。结果 在505名学生中,大多数学生(72.9%)认为有必要对临床医学生开设《预防医学》课程;70.1%的学生满意《预防医学》教学过程;54.0%的学生学习动力一般或较小;仅有17.0%的学生会预习或复习。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,性别、母亲文化程度、上学期成绩、是否进行课程预习或复习、是否应进行案例教学是临床医学生期末成绩的影响因素。在学习需求方面,大多数学生希望开展更多的案例教学,并开展配套的实践内容教学。结论 临床专业学生学习预防医学效果与适应新形势下我国医药卫生事业的发展存在不平衡,培养学生兴趣,提高学生学习主动性及实践应用能力是今后教学改革的重点方向。Objective To understand the current teaching effect and demand of preventive medicine among clinical medical undergraduates.Methods The clinical medical students of Grade 2019 of Anhui Medical University were selected by cluster sampling method to conduct a questionnaire survey on their basic personal situation,cognition,needs and final grades of “preventive medicine” from November to December,2021.Results Among 505 students,most students(72.9%)thought it is necessary to offer "preventive medicine" course to clinical medical students;70.1% of students were satisfied with the teaching process of “preventive medicine”;54.0% of the students’ learning motivation is average or small;only 17.0% of students will preview or review the course.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that gender,mother’s education level,grades in last semester,course preview or review and case teaching were the influencing factors of clinical medical students’ final grades.In terms of learning needs,most students hope to carry out more case teaching and practical teaching.Conclusions There is an imbalance between the effect of clinical students studying preventive medicine and the development of medical and health undertakings in China under the new situation.Cultivating students’ interest,improving students’ learning initiative and application ability are the key directions of teaching reform in the future.
