摘 要:为了使EBT课程开发更好地满足EBT的4个原则(基于胜任力、正向学习、复原力、基于循证),促进受训学员提升核心胜任力,以更好地应对航线中的各种风险,本文通过对《航行服务程序-训练》(ICAO Doc 9868)、《培训课程开发指导》(ICAO Doc 9941)的深入学习,使用ISD(教学系统设计)流程开发课程。ISD最常用的一个模型就是ADDIE(分析、设计、编制、实施和评价),虽然课程开发人员对于ADDIE这个流程有一定的熟悉度,但是怎样套用这个模型用于EBT的课程开发,还是存在较大挑战。作者建议:数据必须统一格式后才能有效使用,在整个EBT课程设计中,一定要根据不同训练条件,将胜任力的行为指标落实到所对应的机组具体行为上。In order to make EBT course development better meet the four principles of EBT(competency-based,positive learning,resilience,and evidence-based)and help enhance trainees’core competencies so that they can better cope with various risks in operational environment,through in-depth study on“Navigation Service Procedures-Training”(ICAO Doc 9868)and“Training Course Development Guidance”(ICAO Doc 9941),this paper uses the ISD(Instructional System Design)process to develop courses.One of the most commonly used models for ISD is ADDIE(analysis,design,development,implementation and evaluation),and although course developers have some familiarity with the ADDIE process,there are still challenges in applying this model to EBT course development.To address these challenges,this paper proposes that the data must adopt a uniform format before it can be used effectively,and the behavior indicators of competency must correspond to the crew’s specific behaviors according to different training conditions throughout the EBT course design.
