摘 要:文章基于计划行为理论和创新行为理论,以国内多所高校的学术人员为样本,研究了学术创业意愿对学术创业行为的影响,并且讨论了学术人员的创新性在二者之间的调节作用,构建了以创新性为调节变量的学术创业意愿向学术创业行为转化过程的基本模型。实证研究结果发现:学术创业意愿对学术创业行为的产生具有显著的影响,个体的学术创业意愿越强,越有可能实施学术创业行为;创新性在商业性和非商业性的学术创业意愿向学术创业行为转化的过程中起正向调节作用。Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior and the Theory of Innovative Behavior,this paper studies the influence of academic entrepreneurial intention on academic entrepreneurial behavior,and discusses the moderating effect of innovation between intention and behavior,taking the academic staff from domestic universities as samples.This paper constructs a basic model of the transition process from academic entrepreneurial intention to academic entrepreneurial behavior with innovation as the moderating variable.The results of empirical research prove that academic entrepreneurial intention has significant impact on academic entrepreneurial behavior.The stronger the individual’s academic entrepreneurial intention is,the more likely the individual is to implement the academic entrepreneurial behavior.Innovation plays a positive role in moderating the transition from commercial and non-commercial academic entrepreneurial intention to academic entrepreneurial behavior.
