摘 要:卤水净化已成为现代制盐工艺的不可缺少的工序之一,目前芒硝型卤水应用较多的净化方法有:烧碱-纯碱法、石灰-芒硝-纯碱法、石灰-芒硝-二氧化碳法等。本文简单介绍了三种净化工艺并分析了上述三种卤水净化方式的优点和不足之处,并比较了三种工艺净化过程中物料消耗量,由此为同行卤水净化工艺方案的选择提供参考。Brine purification has become one of the indispensable processes of modern salt production process. At present, there are many purification methods used in glauber brine: caustic soda-soda ash method, lime-glauber-soda ash method, lime-glauber-carbon dioxide method, etc. This paper briefly introduces three kinds of purification technology and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the above three kinds of brine purification methods, and compares the material consumption in the purification process of the three kinds of technology, so as to provide a reference for the selection of brine purification process scheme in the same trade.
