摘  要:多分支水平井是根据区域地质特征、盐层及井位分布等特征,针对施工周期和施工成本要求高、地面条件受限等因素,不适于采用水平对接井方式开采岩盐,而利用矿区内现有井位,科学合理布置一个主水平井眼,采用多分支水平井关键技术中的大位移绕障技术、改性水泥固井技术及控压钻井技术等,再侧钻出两个及以上分支井眼作为连通通道。各分支井眼能够钻遇更多的岩盐地层,最大限度地扩大与盐层的接触面积,进而提高岩盐回采率,多分支水平井技术已成为目前最先进的老矿区挖潜新技术之一。Multi-branch horizontal wells are not suitable for rock salt mining by horizontal butt well based on regional geological characteristics,salt formation and well location distribution,high requirements on construction cycle,construction cost,limited ground conditions and other factors.Instead,a main horizontal well is scientifically and reasonably arranged by using the existing well location in the mining area.Two or more lateral wells are sidedrilled as the connecting channel by using the extended-displacement barrier technology,modified cement cementing technology and managed pressure drilling technology,which are the key technologies of multi-lateral horizontal wells.Each branch hole can drill more rock salt formation,maximize the contact area with the salt formation,and then improve the rock salt recovery rate.The multi-branch horizontal well technology has become one of the most advanced new mining potential technologies in the old mining area.
