摘　　要：习近平生态文明思想立足中国特色社会主义建设伟大实践,继承发展马克思主义生态自然观,展现出“以人民为中心”的环境正义价值根基和“美丽中国、民族复兴”的环境正义价值诉求,既有“区域生态补偿”的环境正义价值实践,又有“人类命运共同体”的国际环境正义价值意涵,凸显了“人与自然生命共同体”的种际正义价值向度,涵映出社会主义追求公平正义的精神特质,超越了西方脱离社会制度的抽象环境正义价值追求,为新时代社会主义生态文明建设实践指引了价值航向。Xi Jinping's Thought on Ecological Civilization is based on the great practice of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics,inherits and develops the Marxist ecological view of nature,showing the people-centered value foundation of environmental justice and the value appeal of environmental justice,which is“beautiful China,national rejuvenation”.It not only has the value practice of environmental justice of“regional ecological compensation”,but also has the value implication of international environmental justice of“a community with a shared future for mankind”.Besides,it highlights the value orientation of inter-species justice of“a community of human and natural life”,reflects the spiritual characteristics of socialism in pursuing fairness and justice,and transcends the pursuit of abstract environmental justice values in the west which are separated from social systems.Xi Jinping's Thought on Ecological Civilization provides the value orientation for the construction of socialist ecological civilization in the new era.
